Stretch and Tone

Basic exercise class for all levels. Focusing on improving strength, and body toning. No need to sign up, just show up ready to move. Weights, bands, and chairs are provided.

Zumba Gold
Monday & Wednesday//9:30 AM
For the active older adult. Easy-to-follow choreographed dance moves to get you moving to the tunes. This class focuses on all elements of cardio, conditioning, flexibility, and balance. No need to sign up.

Tai Chi For Health

Thursday//8:00 AM
Our 12-week Tai Chi for Health workshop focuses on increasing strength and balance. This gentle form of exercise helps prevent falls, reduces stress, and improves memory, Each session builds on the last. Please call to register for this class.

Arts and Crafts

Weekly craft time hosted by staff and various crafters. We take the first 15 people each week. Supplies are provided. Check out what the weekly craft is under our monthly newsletter.
Fine Art Guild

This group of fine artists meets at the center each week to work on their own pieces. Come to share time with others who enjoy creating.

Project Linus

If sewing or quilting is your thing join this talented group. This group creates beautiful quilts for those with memory loss.

Volunteer opportunities:
Our Community Center and its many wonderful services and programs would not be possible if it were not for the support of so many. There are many ways to give. The gift of time is essential when it comes to running a Center such as ours. We are often understaffed to be able to offer a diverse programming schedule. If you are thinking about helping out, any time you are able to give is appreciated! Simply participating in programs and activities at your community center is another great way to show support. Your participation helps to create a vibrant, active community center. Monetary gifts often go towards program funding, facility maintenance, and resources. Important programs such as our senior nutrition programs which offer meals to both our active and homebound seniors, are unable to keep running without these donations.
