Annual Business Licenses are valid July 1st - June 30th

Vendor Permits can be issued for one day use, multi-day use, or a 6-month period.

According to the Parker Town Code, the following constitutes a business operation and requires that a Town of Parker business license be obtained from the Town of Parker before business operations commence.

4-1-2: LICENSE AND COMPLIANCE REQUIRED:
It is unlawful for any person to transact or carry on any trade, calling, profession, occupation or business without first having procured a license from the town and without complying with any and all regulations of such trade, calling, profession, occupation or business designated and contained in this chapter. The practicing, transacting or carrying on of such trades, callings, professions, occupations or businesses without first having procured a license and without complying with any and all regulations contained in this chapter shall constitute a separate violation of this chapter for each and every day that such trade, calling, profession, occupation or business is practiced or carried on within the town. (1988 Code sec. 8-2-1)

Based on the type of business, some businesses may require additional licenses from other agencies. For example, food-service, medical, massage, cosmetology, and other similar businesses must be permitted by the La Paz County Health Department. Liquor stores and restaurants serving alcohol must obtain liquor licenses from the Town of Parker and the State of Arizona Liquor License and Control.
