The Town Clerk performs a variety of clerical and administrative duties. The clerk is responsible for preparing agendas and recording minutes for council meetings. Other duties include record keeping, preparing reports, and making official correspondence. The Town of Parker’s point of contact for public records requests is the Town Clerk who can be reached at 928-669-9265 extension 1003 and clerk@townofparkeraz.us
Location of Town Council Meetings: Meetings are held in the Town Council Chambers located at 1314 11th Street *unless so noted.
Common Council regular meetings are held on the first and third Tuesday at 6:00 p.m.
All posted Town Hall Meetings are open to the public except for an Executive Session; Agendas are posted 24 hours prior and copies are available upon request, inquire with the
Town Clerk 928-669-9265.
Minutes are subject to Town Council Approval and will be posted accordingly.

Community Center Advisory Committee : Meets the third Monday of the month at 5:15 p.m.

Streets & Traffic Committee : Meets the last Thursday of the month at 5:30 p.m.
The liaisons for this meeting is Council Member Madoneczky and Council Member Grenwalt
This committee does not meet in November or December.
Library Advisory Board : Meets the second Monday of the month at 5:00 p.m.
The Liaisons for this meeting are Council Member Shontz and Vice Mayor Genc
This committee does not meet on Holidays.
