The Town Manager will carry out the policy guidance of the Parker Town Council by providing leadership and direction to town departments, working with outside agencies, and by ensuring responsive local government services to the residents. The Town Manager is responsible for the overall management of Town services under the policy direction of the Mayor and Council, and for various support services to the Mayor and Council. In accord with policy direction by the Council, the Manager directs, coordinates, and evaluates the performance of Town services and provides staff support to the Council.
