The Town will be completing roadway improvements to 18th Street between California Avenue and Palo Verde Avenue as part of our ongoing streets improvement plan. Town staff will hand-deliver notices to properties impacted. Lane restrictions, limited access, noise, and construction equipment in the area should be expected during this time. We appreciate the community’s patience and cooperation as we work to improve local streets and infrastructure.
Construction is scheduled for March 9–20, 2026.
